Milestone 0.5 (Feature Complete)

This milestone was named Feature Complete because the goal was to get all of the FPS methods implemented. The stubbed but unimplemented methods in client.py were used as a reference, but this was short sighted. Not all of the available Amazon FPS methods were stubbed, so now we have a case where Feature Complete isn't really very Feature Complete. Expect to see a milestone named Feature Complete Take 2.
